Last spring we surveyed our students on their experience with Canvas. The #1 request from students is that ALL instructors use Canvas.
Based on their responses, and our experience assisting you in the last two years, we have created templates to help you get started. Go the Canvas LMS Information page of the CTL blog for useful guides. Or come to one of the workshops scheduled for the next two weeks for assistance.
Don’t forget to publish your course and any items you want the students to see! If it has a gray cloud beside it, students won’t see it.
We are offering two types of workshops: Open Help Sessions and the Intro to Canvas course.
- Intro to Canvas: If you have not used Canvas before. Registration REQUIRED!
- Open Help Sessions: If you have completed Intro to Canvas but need assistance with setting up a specific feature or just want to work where help is nearby. Registration NOT required.
