“A properly crafted question can engage students’ interest, foster ideas and contributions from other students, and help transform what may have been an uninspired or “flat” classroom into a hotbed of learning in which the ideas and comments of one student are quickly built on by another.” In this month’s session we will watch a short video on the types of questions that engage students and those that miss the mark, especially in an online discussion, and then try to apply the concepts to our own discussion afterwards.
We hope you will join us for this timely topic.
Bring your lunch, we’ll provide snacks and drinks.
